Sorry to hear you had a negative experience with First Words.  It remains one of our kids favorite apps -- but if it&#039;s not working than that&#039;s a bummer.  I would say your best bet is to contact the folks at Learning Touch - they are the developers behind First Words, and they&#039;ve been great whenever we&#039;ve been in touch.  Looks like the best way to contact them is here:  http://www.learningtouch.com/contact  

Alternatively, Apple does have some suggestions you might try when you have applications that aren&#039;t working.  You can check them out here:  http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1702
